Kurdoglu graduated from Thunderbird, Graduate School of International Management with a MBA. Kurdoglu built his business in the East Valley. Over 17 years, he has garnered knowledge regarding small businesses, their challenges, and the employees’ problems. His partner is a public school teacher who provides him insight into the public education system,
With his wife being a teacher, he has seen the hardships of public education leading him to advocate that all of our children deserve quality education, especially proper funding for schools.
His experiences as a small business owner have led him to support and prioritize the local economy.
He seeks to encourage investment in science to be able to reduce the cost of renewable resources and increase energy efficiency. Plus, he wants to work on developing waterways and public land.
In terms of the 2nd Amendment, he supports gun rights as long as it involves responsible gun ownership to ensure the safety of Arizonans.
Kurdoglu believes that hard-working Arizonans deserve to have affordable, reliable healthcare.
