Background

Ammar Campa-Najjar received a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology with a minor in Political Science from San Diego State University (SDSU). He worked as a Deputy Regional Field Director for President Obama’s re-election campaign and later joined the Executive Office of the President doing correspondence work. He served as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs for the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and as a Public Affairs Officer for the US Department of Labor. He founded and currently runs ACN Strategies, LLC, a Strategic Communications & Media Consulting firm [2]. 

Najjar lives in Chula Vista. He is the son of Palestinian and Mexican immigrants [1].
