Andrew Hlavacek received a BS in business administration from Bryant & Stratton College-Hampton in 2015 [3]. Hlavacek entered the Air Force after high school and became a police officer. He was stationed at Hill Air Force Base in Layton, Utah, and he was deployed to both Afghanistan and Kuwait. After completing his enlistment, Hlavacek moved to North Carolina and worked at the Sampson County Detention Center as a Detention Officer. He eventually moved to Virginia and worked for the Hampton Police Division and then moved to the Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Office in 2015 [1].
