Bucco was born and raised in Boonton, New Jersey. He got his undergraduate at Lycoming college and later went graduated from Seton Hall University and was admitted to the bar. Bucco has spent over twenty years as a municipal attorney in private practice, specializing in local government law. He is currently a partner in the law firm of Murphy and McKeon, P.
Drugs and Alcohol
Bucco is stringently against drug and alcohol use. He is a founding member of Daytop drug and alcohol center, an adolescent drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, and served on the Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse from 1998 to 2009.
Bucco has done work reforming some of the affordable housing in Trenton. Bucco has also voted for legislation to cap property taxes, and sponsored a number of bills to provide middle class tax relief.
