Background
Arturo Morales graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Morales is a commercial lending relationship manager for Yuma County [1]. He previously sat on the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce Board, and served as Chamber Ambassador. In 2014, he was recognized as Arizona Western College’s 2014 Distinguished Alumnus.
