Background

Brannon Hampton graduated from Grand Canyon University with an MBA with an emphasis in Leadership [2]. Hampton was first elected for his first 4-year city council term in 2017 and became vice mayor of Goodyear in 2021. Hampton also works as a financial advisor with Edward Jones [3]. Through his volunteering with various non-profits, Hampton was honored by APS for volunteerism and community commitment [1].  He is also involved with the Arizona Small Business Association as a board member. He represents Goodyear in various organizations such as the Maricopa County Community Development Advisory Committee and the National League of Cities’ Community and Economic Development Federal Advocacy Committee.
