Brian Allman received a Bachelor of Applied Science in the Administration of Justice at The American University. He also received a paralegal certificate from George Mason University. Allman is also CRESPA certified by the Virginia State Bar and a former Virginia real estate agent. Additionally, he is a former Manassas Police Officer and is now a Virginia Class A Contractor [1, 2, 5].
Allman has experience searching criminal and civil court records and filing successful appeals to the appellate courts of Virginia [1, 4].
Allman supports handing out free copies so citizens don’t have to pay for copies of a court document. Additionally, he will try to add more computers and improve existing technology to make it easier to conduct business at the clerk’s office [1, 2].
