Cotton received a Master’s in Legal Studies and in Public Administration from Arizona State University. Cotton also received an Associate in Applied Science and dual bachelor’s in anthropology and psychology with a minor in sociology from Mesa Community College. She was born in Milwaukee and has lived in Goodyear for 3 years [1].
Cotton has previously worked with the homeless population of her community. She has held a number of other positions, including: member of the student chapter of the International City/County Management Association at ASU; Center for Law and Global Affairs Ambassador; senior consultant for SGR Consulting LLC; and Contract Management Specialist for the Arizona Department of Economic Security. Cotton has been the international business development consultant for Premium Business Consulting LLC since August 2020 [2].
