Background
Indira Massey graduated from Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations. Massey also graduated with a Master’s degree in Princes College with a degree in English Language Translation. As an election officer, Massey has served Fairfax County during the 2022 elections. Massey volunteered at a non-government organization with Special Consultative Status to the United Nations for community development and rehabilitation efforts worldwide. Massey has also helped facilitate the daily operations of a major community center in South Asia, including English language translation for educational courses. Massey has volunteered at the Fairfax County Animal Shelter. Massey has also founded the WE Foundation and raised funds for the care and protection of children without parents [1, 6].
