Background

Jeff Brown has served on Queen Creek’s Town Council since 2008. Additionally, he has served as the Vice Mayor from 2017-2018 as well as 2022-2024. Currently, Brown serves as the Chair of the Town Council Budget Committee, and as a representative in the League of Arizona Cities, the League Budget, Finance and Economic Development Committee, and the Valley Metro Regional Public Transportation Authority Board of Directors. Before serving in Queen Creek’s office, Jeff Brown served on the Planning & Zoning Commission from 2006 to 2008. He also served as chair of the Transportation Advisory Committee, on the Design Guideline Steering Committee and as a member of the Finance Review Task Force. Brown is a 2003 graduate of the Queen Creek Leadership Institute and in 2007 completed the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training course. He serves as squad leader for the Southeast Queen Creek CERT sector [2,6].
