Background

Amstutz-Guerette graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. Currently, she is the owner/president of Balanced Technology LLC and a Senior Systems Engineer at W5 Technologies, Inc [1]. She has volunteered as a Junior Achievement instructor, a judge at Vex Robotic competitions, and Apex Fun Run. 

Amstutz-Guerette has served on several committees, including the Board’s Gifted and Talented Committee, Calendar Committee, Equity and Equality/Heritage Committee, and Override Committee. Later, Amstutz joined two school board training classes in the Arizona School Board Association [3]. After beginning her campaign, Amstutz-Guerette enrolled in two Arizona School Board Association training classes taught by Maricopa County School Superintendent Steve Watson.
