Wooster prioritizes students’ safety. Wooster supports creating a Threat and Vulnerability assessment team to determine security weaknesses and needs for all schools in Isle of Wight County. Wooster also wants each school to have a School Resource Officer [2].

Wooster believes that no employee should be compensated more generously when on leave based on their position [2]. Wooster believes that students should not have access to sexually explicit/graphic material or divisive material that promotes one race over another in school libraries or on school-purchased devices [2]. Wooster is in opposition to unisex bathrooms because of events in Loudoun County [2].
