John Park graduated from George Mason University. Park is currently the chair of the Irvine Finance Commission and is the founder and president of an advertising company in Orange County . He also serves on the board of a group that serves the Asian American Community. Park has previously been the Vice President of two Fortune 1,000 companies, and President of his Home Owners Association [1, 2].
Park supports protecting community services for those most vulnerable in Irvine, such as children, elders, the disabled, and Veterans .
Park supports growing reserves, cutting fees for residents and prioritizing the most needed service in the face of budget challenges .
Park advocates for the prioritization of housing solutions for first responders that live outside Irvine but work in Irvine .
