Jordan Marks received an Associate Arts degree in Economics from Mira Costa College, a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a J.D. from the University of Buffalo School of Law, with a concentration in financial services. Marks is a Certified Property Tax Appraiser and a licensed attorney with a background in finance transactions and property taxes [1]. He is the Taxpayers’ Rights Advocate for the Office of Ernest J. Dronenburg, Jr., San Diego County Assessor / Recorder / County Clerk, where he assists taxpayers and compiles legislation with the Assessor.
