Kevin H. Adams is the Republican candidate running for the 22nd Senate District of Virginia. Adams served 26 years in the US Navy, rising from the rank of junior enlisted to Lieutenant Commander before retiring in 2006, and additionally received the Meritorious Service Medal. Adams has lived in Virginia Beach for 24 years, and has started the Adams Family HandyMan Service since retiring from the Navy [1, 2].
