Matthew “Matt” Letourneau graduated with a degree in Politics from The Catholic University of America [1, 5]. Letourneau is a former U.S. Senate aide, Principal Director of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority Board of Directors, and chairman of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments Board of Directors. Letourneau represents the Dulles District on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors; he is the most senior member on the Board [1, 7].
