Monica Robinson earned a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University. She spent over 15 years as a Special Educator for Rockingham County Public Schools. Robinson is the co-founder of the Harrisonburg Rockingham NAACP chapter and was first elected President of the chapter in 2017.
