Randy Keating graduated from Arizona State University after studying physics and astronomy [1, 2]. In 2016, Randy won the City of Tempe’s MLK Diversity Award [1, 2]. Currently, he is serving as a regional leader, a member of the Maricopa Association of Governments Economic Development Committee, the Arizona League of Cities Public Safety Committee, the National League of Cities Information Technology Committee, and is on the board of East Valley Partnership [2, 5].
