Background

Trevor O’Neil has lived in Anaheim for 25 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in computer science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. O’ Neil has served as Chair of the Orange County Council of Governments and the Chairman of the Board of the Orange County Taxpayers Association. He also represents Anaheim on the Board of the Transportation Corridor Agency, the Association of California Cities–Orange County, and the Southern California Association of Governments. He was previously the President of Colonial Home Care Services, Inc and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Impact Caregiver LLC, both companies of which are private duty home care services. O’Neil currently serves on the City Council as Mayor Pro Tem of District 6 of the City of Anaheim [1, 2].
