Grayzel has various degrees including; a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cornell University, a bachelor’s degree in Operations Research Engineering, from Cornell University, and a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University. After college he started work at the position of Marketing & New Business Development at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1985 - 1998 he then was the president of G3 Medical Development from 1998 to today.
